Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your naturopathic, counselling or nutrition appointment. To accommodate the needs of my clients I have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: Clients are requested to provide a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee may apply for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. The cancellation fee amount will be the $80.00 deposit paid at the time of booking.

Payment of Cancellation Fee: The cancellation fee will be due and deposit forfeited upon cancelled appointment date.

Exceptions:  I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as sudden illness or emergencies, which may necessitate a last-minute cancellation. In such cases, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss your situation, and I will make reasonable accommodations.

Repeated Cancellations: Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to additional fees or restrictions on future bookings.

How to Cancel: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact me by [phone/email] at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If you are unable to reach me during business hours, you may leave a voicemail or send an email with your cancellation request.

Confirmation of Cancellation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, I will confirm the cancellation and any applicable fees via [phone/email/text message].

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-show") may result in the full session fee being charged to the client.  This will be payable within 3 days of missed appointment.
